Buffalo Wild Wings

First off, I will say that service was excellent. As for the food, was not to my satisfaction. This makes at least 5 times I have ordered traditional wings extra crispy and got wings that were soft and slimy. Even after pleading with the server to ensure that they are cooked for at least 20 minutes. I will probably never come back to this establishment. It blows my mind that places that do not specialize in wings can serve them crispy every time, but Buffalo Wild WINGS cannot.

Food and service was great as always. The waitress stopped by our table several times to check on us. Love going here after a show as well as just for the dining experience.

Nice employees good food

Food was excellent. Volume on TV was a bit too loud, but it's essentially a sports bar. Only complaint was the wait for ordering drinks at the booth. Took about 15 minutes and the food took about 30.Overall great place but it was also busy.

Good food for a reasonable price, food was awesome would go back. Stopped for a good eat, but if your order a meal and want a extra side of something make sure you know the price ..

All good but have stopped selling Sam Adams Boston Lager. Unfortunate

I worked on the tile floors in the store they are clean friendly and good food

Today's visit was terrible. We were seated promptly, the table next to us was sat within 5 minutes is us. 10 minutes or more passed when an appetizer was given to the other table. We still hadn't even met our server so I flagged theirs over and asked her to find our server. Our food arrived as the other table was paying their check; so they got drinks, appetizers and their meals ate before we even had our food. My chicken wrap did not look appetizing and the ranch didn't come until some time later, the children were given boneless wings instead of tenders (in the eyes of children that is terrible but they brought tenders out for them) and my glass sat on the corner of the table fore almost 10 minutes before being filled. I've been a server in the past and understand how busy you can get but the restaurant wasn't busy enough for that to be a factor here.

Great place to eat with plenty of choices including wings, burgers, salads, and appetizers.

Great food, atmosphere and price

The wings were awesome. I also got the new Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I was not impressed. It was over fried and had just a couple dabs of sauce on it. If you are going to make a deep fried chicken sandwich that is supposed to be Nashville hot then I thing you need to actually make it worth the $12 that you are paying for it. Sometimes I wonder what in the world these places think we are! Maybe they need someone to show these people how to put a sandwich together!!!

Need to catch a game? You can catch any game at BWW. Love this place

Its OK if you decide to dine in, but if you get wings to go theyre almost always soggy and not crunchy at all. The place just isnt worth the money.

Typically I enjoy having some good wings, and a cold beer from time to time. However, the beer was a bit warm and the wings were not warm at all. I'm not sure if anyone likes cold wings, but I do not. I dont like to complain, but this is not the first time this has happened. I'm not sure I will go back anytime soon.

Service usually sucks. Food is pretty okay but overpriced. It's a sports bar. You come to watch games and hang with friends, not fine dining.

Very inconsistent with service... Sometimes it is great and food is delivered promptly and refills are on time... Other times food is cold and you might wait 30 minutes for a refill

If you are a fan of decent wings, thick burgers, and hearty appetizers then this place is for you. The staff is spot on and the bartending beats most areas around here. If you’re looking for some place quiet, then this is not it.

Easily the best beer selection in town and the best wait staff and management to go along with it! Always enjoyed spending my time there on or off the clock! Seriously, go check out all those taps...they do a great job of keeping a good selection on tap!

Love it. Our waitress was fantastic and friendly! Phil Simms, one of the greatest NYGiants QBs, college jersey is framed here. Food was delicious as always. Also, we got great seats for viewing many of the NCAA March Madness basketball games!

Went out for Valentine's day and the the best server her name was Liz and she was so sweet and helpful
